   XJS-T16A是一款高速全自动在线式贴片机，全新的硬件和软件系统，全面解决了对贴装高速度和精度的要求，核心部件采购原装进口，精度更高，稳定性更好，提高了生产效率和良品率，大大降低了客户成本，目前在深圳、中山、江苏、浙江等已大量实用于客户工厂。

XJS-T16A is a high-speed automatic on-line Mounter with updated hardware and software system, which comprehensively solves the requirements for high speed and precision of mounting. The core components are imported with original packaging, which has higher precision and better stability, improves production efficiency and yield, and greatly reduces customer costs. At present, it  has been widely used in customers’ factories in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Jiangsu and Zhejiang

1、 全自动在线式设计,可放30种飞达，配套高清相机

2、 X轴、Y轴都采用高精度的进口精密丝杆，提高设备运行精度及传运速度；

3、 MARK视觉校正系统，对PCB板位置拍照识别，确保贴片精度。

4、 贴片头Z轴采用16组进口花键，高效完成取料、放料；

5、 功能强大：配置不同的喂料器，可完成多种产品的贴装要求。

6、 操作简单：中英文图形操作界面，易于操作。编程简洁,可储存编辑好文件,随意调用；

7、 维护方便：设计简洁，易于维护。更换配件成本低,维护成本低。

8、 整机软件、线路、硬件结构都由本公司自主研发，具有自主知识产权。
